1. Return Policy
You may return any unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Please note that items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for a return.
2. How to Return Items
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@smartopix.xyz with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Provide a brief reason for the return, and we will guide you through the return process.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will assist you in exchanging your product for the right item, subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@smartopix.xyz. We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund. Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the damaged or defective product for a prompt resolution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to sale or clearance items and any personalized products. Please review the product details before making your purchase.
